  Staff at the desk wasn't pleasant to talk with or ask questions, we were waiting for our room for an hour and a half. And we were told its normal also being actively told to not go to dinner on time wasn't because it's too busy made us as a young couple feel uncomfortable by prioritising others. Lastly because breakfast starts at 7.30 and we left at 7.40 we were told not to get our last breakfast so that was disappointing. But other than that the food was great and the cleaners were experienced.

  Had the potential to be amazing, great food great hotel itself. The room was nice enough and everything we needed was covered for our first holiday so sound. The staff behind the bar didn't really feel too welcoming apart from one guy, the ladies that serve you your food though were excellent. We had a little thing with missing money from our room that wasn't really sorted out but just as much blame the fact it was our last day than the handling. All in all nothing amazing, get the feeling like English lads on holiday aren't really welcomed and that was pretty apparent from some staff, but had potential to be great. It just wasn't.

  Nice, clean hotel. Good location. Big pool plus indoor pool, gym, yoga classes.

  Perfect. The staff are lovely. The good is nice with a decent selection for kids. The pool is big and clean although cold initially. Nice and relaxing place even with the little ones
